Late 19th-century marquise-shaped diamond ring set with an Old mine diamond of approximately 0.80 Carats ( estimated H/I color - Si1 clarity) and 24 old cut diamonds for a total of approximately 1.20 Carats, mounted in gold 18K and silver.
